At Raagwaas, we believe that every thread tells a story — a story of tradition, devotion, and timeless beauty. Rooted in the rich textile heritage of India, Raagwaas is more than just a couture label; it is a tribute to the artisans whose hands breathe life into dreams.
Founded with the vision to preserve and showcase India's legendary craftsmanship, Raagwaas is a sanctuary where art meets emotion, and every creation becomes a living narrative of culture and creativity.
On December 17th, 2022, Raagwaas unveiled its vision in the Oberoi Ballroom, a space that echoed the elegance of our brand.
The launch wasn't just a debut — it was a tribute to Indian bridal grandeur, a platform to honour the karigars whose hands carry generations of tradition.
This defining event marked Raagwaas as a global torchbearer of the celebrated Surya legacy — a name synonymous with integrity, intricacy, and inspiration in Indian fashion.

Raagwaas was born out of my love for Indian classical music, with a hope to reflect it in the bespoke designs that adorn an Indian bride on the day of her wedding. My inspiration to bring the bearers of delicate crafts under one roof is my father, who has more than 30 years of experience working with craftsmen and artisans. Raagwaas is a place for nurturing these craftsmen and their craft, woven in the fabric of timeless fashion statements to celebrate the bride.
